You have the right to return or exchange your purchase on kludeelondon.com within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure to notify us of your decision and return/ exchange reason via email : order@kludee.com

Please enter your full name, and the reason for your return along with the order number. You will receive an email with the shipping form which you will need to print out and include in the return shipment labeling.

Please note : We only offer free refund one time as we we cannot offer numerous refunds on our behalf. 

NOTE: Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather as these will not be accepted back.

Products must be returned as received, in their original and undamaged packaging.

Any item that fails to meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer and we regrettably won't be able to offer a refund.

REFUND POLICY 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method after your order is delivered back to us. Please note that refunds may take several working days to show on your account.
