You have the right to return or exchange your purchase on within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure to notify us of your decision and return/ exchange reason via email

We are happy to offer you a free return for your product for any of the reasons you do not wish to keep your purchase. 

Please note : We only offer free refund one time as we we cannot offer numerous refunds on our behalf. 

NOTE: Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather as these will not be accepted back.

Products must be returned as received, in their original and undamaged packaging including all contents, no exceptions. Any item that fails to meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer and we regrettably won't be able to offer a refund.


Your refund will be credited to the original payment method after your order is delivered back to us and is proved to be unused. Please note that refunds may take several working days to show on your account.

Returned products must be sent back from the same country they were delivered to.
