Order Payment

All Payments are sent through Shopify Payments.

Kludee London LTD does not process any transactions and all payment details and information are handled via Shopify Payments.

Payment Methods

Shopify Payments processes all transactions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, American Express and Apple Pay. Payment is debited from your card at time of purchase.

If you wish you can also use PayPal as an alternative method of payment.

Pre Order Payments

Please note that the indicative shipment date is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed.
If a Pre-Order is not available for any reason, the amount payed will be refunded using the original payment method. 

Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for shipment.

FOR PRE-ORDERS, THE COUNTRY ENTERED IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY REASON.
